We love participating in the numerous link-ups in the blog world every week! It’s such an easy way to share recipes, ideas, organization tips, crafts, faith, and more. Earlier this year, Rachel of Day2Day Joys was looking for a link-up that incorporated health and couldn’t find one… so she decided to start her own!
Now, we’ve joined forces to help spread the word and make this weekly link-up a comprehensive resource for everyone interested in improving their family’s health! Let’s share our tips!

- Share an idea, tip, recipe, things to avoid, something new to try, etc. that will help us to remain or become more healthy!
- Comment on another participant’s post.
- Add button or link back to that day’s link up.
- Spread the word so we can learn more ideas on keep our families healthy! Share the link-up on Facebook and Twitter.
- Ideas: homebirths, natural remedies, an interesting article, something eco-friendly, a review your doing, natural cleaner, alternative medicine, how-to’s, the list goes on & on!
- If you are adding a recipe, make sure the ingredients do not include white flour, refined sugar, processed products, packaged products (unless it is clearly stated or pictured that it is organic or all-natural), and the like. We are looking for whole food recipes that are beneficial to our health!
