Submit a Guest Post

I love hosting guest posts here on Quick and Easy Cheap and Healthy! If you feel you have a post my readers would love, please fill out the form below. The form requires that you save your post in a Google document, a free service by, umm Google (a shocker, I know.).

You should know that I review each and every guest post I receive and take some time to decide if the content is a good fit with my blog. Submitting your guest post is not a guarantee that I will publish it. If I decide that I love it, I will get in touch with you to determine posting date and all the other details.

A few things to consider before you hit “Submit”:

How was your grammar? I ain’t no stickler (ha!), but it should represent at least a rudimentary understanding of the English language.
What about the formatting? Please make use of paragraphs! Also employ bold and italic texts, but with discernment.
Spelling? I know; English is the hardest language in the world to spell, which is why we have a handy little thing called “spell check”.
Is it family friendly? Weird, huh? Do note: posts with profanity or even slightly off-color comments will be deleted without a second thought.
Is it relevant? You’ll notice my blog is mostly about food, in particular healthy food. Please don’t offer posts with recipes featuring highly-processed foods. If you’ve read through my blog at all, you’ll know that I’m also not fond of low-fat or fat-free products either, so please don’t include them. On the other hand, your post doesn’t have to include a recipe at all! I’m willing to accept articles about nutrition (provided I agree with them, as it is my blog after all), kitchen tips, or tips for saving money on the grocery budget.
Is it an advertisement? I do not offer free advertising on my blog, so if your guest post is a vehicle for promoting your product, blog or website, I will not accept it. If you are interested in advertising on my blog, please contact me for rates.
